Your concern will be reviewed by our IDR Committee, which has authority to deal with the matter. We will inform you of the outcome within 45 days of receiving your dispute or complaint.
If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, or AFCA. AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
